Lisa Ann was born in Hyannis July 1972. We moved to Macon GA Sept. 1972. We took a greyhound bus, 28 hrs on the bus to get there. James Leslie was born in Macon GA June 1973. Our first and only winter in GA and we had a huge blizzard that brought everything to a standstill. Wm's family kidded me saying I brought the winter weather with me from the north. A little over a year after moving to GA we came back home with the kids. Dawna Marie was born in Hyannis October 1978. We went out on weekends sometimes. One place we liked to go was the Quarterdeck Lounge on Rte 28. The group of us would have a couple drinks and dance to the jukebox. It was loud & smokey but fun. Its one of the last surviving watering holes we all use to go to. We use to go to Joe Macs down near Chapin Beach, played pool there, we'd hit the VFW, Elks Club, Rico's, Compass Lounge in Yarmouth, Mill Hill Club etc. Those places and those days are long gone mostly. Jonathan David was born in Hyannis May 30 1986. Joshua Patrick was born in Hyannis September 29 1995. We started what we liked to call traditions over the years. Every spring we'd go to the Brewster Herring Run when the herring were running, we'd go up Scargo tower in Brewster, the Brewster Candy Store, we'd have cookouts at Basshole (Grays Beach) in Yarmouthport, then walk the boardwalk and through the trails, to ZooQuarium, Pirates Cove, the old Bassetts Wild Animal Farm in Brewster, Sealand of Cape Cod on 6A in Brewster, no longer there and other favorite spots.
